Exhibits

Exhibits are arranged by subject. If you have a specific exhibit in mind, please look in the Index to Titles. Exhibits can be kept for two weeks. There are times in the year that certain exhibits are in great demand and are tightly booked, so we ask that you return the exhibit on or before the last use day indicated on your confirmation letter. Each user is asked to complete the evaluation form that accompanies the exhibit. Please be sure to indicate how many attended the showing of the exhibit. If an exact count is not possible, please estimate. Also, let us know if you encountered any technical problems. Although we normally expect the borrowers of our materials to pay return shipping or postage, we realize that can be a burden to a nonprofit with a small budget for such costs. We offer shipping grants of up to $75 to qualifying nonprofit organizations. Please complete the shipping grant application to see if you qualify.
