Water: The Coming Crisis

Arkansas is perceived as a water-rich state. But, in some areas the water supply is so depleted that alternative sources will have to be found or agricultural operations will be forced to scale down. Other areas have water too contaminated to sustain life. Mistakes are explored, as well as opportunities to be considered in planning for a better and more equitably distributed water supply.
